As a company we made a decision to combine all of our brands into one web entity to offer a wider selection of products as well new, innovative products we continue to develop. I have a Garden Club membership will I still receive my benefits on zidle.com?

What do I do if I need to update my account information and/or having difficulty logging on?

In order to update your account information, you have to go to the heading MY ACCOUNT, access your account, then make the necessary changes to update your account.
If your cannot log on, first, try to retrieve your password, this will determine if you have an account set up, and if your email address is correct in the system. If you receive your password at your email address, log on using the email address, and password. Make sure the email address is typed correctly, our site is case sensitive.

If you do not receive an email with your password, the email address we have is not correct in our system - please call customer service at 1.800.724.7227, M-F 8am-4:30pm CT.

Why do VIP and previous Garden Club Members have to have an account?

In order to automatically be recognized for your discounts, members just need to be logged into their online account. This will be the only way for members to receive the discount on their order. If you encounter issues or have questions please call 1.800.724.7227 as we will be happy to assist!

p> Do you have a money back guarantee? What do I do if I need to make a return or exchange?

We want you to be happy. It's as simple as that. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product within 60 days of purchase and follow the instructions below.

All returns should be sent to Zidle.com at the St. Louis address below. Customer is responsible for return postage. Your return request will be processed within 2 weeks from the time it is received (refund or exchange). No refunds or exchanges on Zidle VIP (previously Garden Club) Memberships or Renewals, clearance items, trial sizes, sample sets and promotional gifts. Please include original packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For returns with an exchange: A credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the item returned. A new charge will be issued for any new product sent out.

What is the duty for shipping to Canada?

Canadian government requirement. We must provide the value of the items on the outside of the box. Our normal method of shipping to Canada is US Postal Service; however, we will ship via UPS at the customer's request. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties/taxes payable upon delivery. We do not provide estimates for this cost.

Minimum purchase thresholds.
Minimum order total for special offers such as a gift with purchase or free shipping are calculated net of discounts, tax and shipping. For example, if the total purchase needs to be $45 and your total is $45.00 before garden club discount is applied or shipping and taxes are added in you will NOT qualify for this promotion. As with all promotions, Zidle.com reserves the right to cancel an order for any unauthorized, altered or ineligible use, and to modify or cancel any order or promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
